This project involved the development of a comprehensive Warehouse Management System (WMS) designed to streamline and centralize inventory control and supply chain operations for businesses. The WMS was built to replace fragmented processes with a single, modular, and highly efficient system, focusing on:

Provides live data on stock levels, minimizing errors like stockouts and overstocks, and ensuring accurate records even without being physically on-site.
Enables end-to-end product tracking, logging goods from their arrival from suppliers all the way through to final customer delivery.
Manages billing, invoicing, and transactions, and includes detailed Sales Reporting features that visualize income and performance data (daily, monthly, and yearly) for enhanced financial oversight.
Designed with a modular framework that allows seamless integration with existing enterprise systems and supports the easy addition of custom features tailored to specific business needs.

02/03/2025: The record history includes real-time recording of the invoice date.
06/30/2025: Add the total inventory cost depending on the products listed in the table.
07/07/2025: Include a label and statistics for the Total Amount Sold.
08/01/2025: Add the DR# column to the Unpaid Invoices and Payment Form tables on the Customer Payment Page.
08/04/2025: The printed invoice date varies according on the date created.
08/14/2025:
- Add an identifier for active and inactive customers
- Add a field in the “All Products” menu to display total product quantity data.
09/08/2025: Add credit balance (overpayment) data from consumers having a credit history log.
09/29/2025: Add a filter to the customer report for the salesman.
10/20/2025: Add information about each client’s available credit limit to the customer report page, and add a credit limit field on the customer profile for data entry.
10/21/2025:
- Create editable fields for cheque information in the payment history.
- Add DR# column in customer report
10/27/2025: When a cheque reaches its maturity date, the status is automatically updated as “Cleared,” unless it was manually altered to “Returned” or “Stale.”
10/29/2025: The product quantity is captured in real time when the invoice is generated.
